Ahahaha. I was thinking of getting a Razer Lycosa (keyboard), but I bought a SteelSeries Siberia (headphone) instead.

    Mouse : Razer Mamba.
DPI : 4900 (possible DPI is 5600 though).
Sensitivity In-Game : 2. Sometimes, I could use 0.7 with a DPI of 5600 though (used it in Tbun when we were together).
    cl_mouseAccel : 0

Window Mouse Speed Setting : I have no idea. Probably maximum.
Mouse Pad : Razer Goliathus Fragged Speed Edition - medium-sized.
Headset: Razer Piranha (looking to replace it though, but not any time soon).

I personally don't have a gaming keyboard (I think my old keyboard is awesome).

I'm also thinking of getting an Alienware PC.

that is subject to change according to the application/games you use

for racing games, steering wheel owns keyboard and mouse
for o2 jam, its more wise investing in a good keyboard
for world of warcraft, G13 + a standard gaming mouse owns razer naga

lastly for cod4, a good mouse that fits your hand and adjusted to your preffered sensitivity gives you more advantage than a high end gaming keyboard
